Salon & Spa Policies
We want your experience at Allure Salon & Spa to be pleasant and relaxing. We value all of our guests and strive to provide everyone with the highest levels of customer service and professionalism. If you have any questions or concerns, please let a stylist, service provider, or guest services member know.
We ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to get settled, enjoy a nice beverage and complete any forms for treatment. You may call us and wait in your car, check in on the Pocket Salon app, or come inside and wait for your appointment to begin. If you anticipate a late arrival, please call us at 502-633-2727 as soon as possible so we can make any necessary adjustments. Services may have to be reduced or rescheduled for late arrivals.
Visitors and Children
For the safety and relaxation of our guests, we do not allow children under the age of 10 to be in the salon, spa or lounge areas unless receiving a service. Visitors and children over the age of 10 that are accompanying guests must wait in the lounge area. Due to limited seating, we ask that you refrain from bringing visitors to your appointment.
Cancellations or No-Shows
We require a 24-hour advanced notice for appointment cancellations so that we may accommodate other guests. Bridal parties require 14 days advanced notice for cancellations. All missed appointments or appointments cancelled after the 24-hour window will be charged a 50% fee of services scheduled.
Product Returns or Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased, we will gladly exchange it for you or give you a store credit. We will not issue cash refunds. Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Some services and packages must be reserved with a credit card. Any appointment consisting of three or more services requires a credit card for booking.
Gift cards are non-refundable and expire 1 year from the date of purchase. We do not accept Spa Finder or Aveda gift cards.
Gratuities are not included in the price of any single service or gift card purchases. If you are interested in leaving a gratuity for your service provider, please ask a Guest Services member for assistance.
Neck and bang trims are complimentary if performed within 6 weeks of your last haircut at Allure. Consultations are complimentary as well but typically must be scheduled ahead of time.
